1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the East Serbia Tourist Card website and the digital tourist cards, packages, and related services offered through it (the "Service"). By browsing the Service, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The East Serbia Tourist Card is a digital card that gives access to a selection of attractions, activities, and services across East Serbia, grouped into purchasable packages. Each package lists the services it includes, its validity period, and its price. Package content, prices, and availability may change before an order is placed.

3. Eligibility and Guest Checkout

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. No account is required to make a purchase; orders are placed as a guest checkout using the buyer information provided at checkout. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD), including applicable VAT. An unpaid order is created before payment. Successful payment confirms the order and enables card delivery; a failed payment does not issue cards. Where required by law, a fiscal receipt is issued for each completed purchase.

5. Card Delivery

On successful payment, one digital card is issued for each person included in your order, each with its own unique QR code. All issued cards, together with the applicable fiscal receipt, are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your cards and their QR codes secure.

6. Use of the Card

Each card is personal to the traveller it was issued for and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. A card is valid only for the period and services shown on it and may be presented, together with its QR code, at the entrance of an included location for verification. Access at a specific location remains subject to that location's own operating hours and conditions.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Any request to cancel, amend, or receive a refund for an order is handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and the specific conditions of the purchased package. To make such a request, please contact us through the channels listed in the Contact section below; we will confirm the outcome in writing. Where an order was paid by payment card (Visa, Mastercard/Maestro, or DinaCard), any refund is issued exclusively back to that same card, by reversing the original transaction — never as cash or to another account.

8. Complaints Policy

Submit your complaint by email, telephone, post or the contact form using the merchant details above. Identify the purchase with an order number or other proof of purchase and describe the problem and requested remedy. A fiscal receipt is not the only acceptable proof. Do not send card numbers or security codes. We acknowledge receipt and provide a complaint reference, then send our reasoned decision and proposed resolution within 8 days. Accepted complaints are resolved within 15 days, free of charge. Any legally permitted extension requires your agreement and a specified new deadline.

After first submitting a complaint to us, you can request out-of-court consumer dispute resolution through the Ministry’s consumer protection portal: https://zastitapotrosaca.gov.rs/za-potrosace. The portal provides access to the submission platform and registered dispute-resolution bodies. We participate in the statutory out-of-court procedure as required by law. This does not remove your right to seek judicial protection.

9. Right of Withdrawal

For a distance service contract, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract, unless a statutory exception applies to the particular service. Any applicable exception must be explained before purchase; issuing a QR ticket does not by itself remove your withdrawal right.

Send the online withdrawal form or an unambiguous withdrawal statement by email or post using the merchant details above. The form is optional. Include enough information to identify your order; you do not need to give a reason or send payment-card details. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. We confirm receipt of an electronic withdrawal on a durable medium by email.

Where the withdrawal right applies, we refund the applicable payment without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, through the original payment-card transaction. No refund handling fee is charged. Any legally permitted charge for a service already partly performed requires the conditions prescribed by law, including your express request to start performance during the withdrawal period. A general acceptance of these terms is not a separate request or a waiver of your rights.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent security measures, reproducing or falsifying a card or QR code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content made available through the Service, other than content belonging to individual partners, remain the property of the East Serbia Tourist Card platform or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, temporary unavailability of the platform, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as changes made by a partner location. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Partner Services

Attractions, activities, and other services included in a package are provided by independent partner organizations. We facilitate access to these services but are not responsible for how a partner delivers its own service, and any issue arising at a specific location should also be raised with that location directly.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. The version in force at the time you complete your checkout is the version that applies to your order. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form or the contact details published on our Contact page.

Payment Terms and E-commerce Statements

Accepted payment cards

We accept all validly presented payment cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and DinaCard.

Card payments are processed by OTP banka. Card details are entered exclusively on the bank's secure payment page (Hosted Payment Page). At no point are they entered on this website, passed through our system or stored by us.

Price display and currency

All prices on this website are shown in Serbian dinars, using the currency abbreviation RSD. One dinar consists of 100 para, so every amount is shown with the whole dinar part and the para part to two decimal places, for example 12.990,00 RSD.

Immediately before payment you are shown an order specification listing each ordered item, the quantity, the unit price, the VAT amount and the total amount that will be charged to your card. Up to that point you can change quantities or remove items from the cart.

Currency conversion statement

All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD). This website displays prices exclusively in RSD. If your card account uses another currency, the card schemes convert the payment using their applicable exchange rate, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. The amount on your card statement may therefore differ due to currency conversion.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form. At no point are payment card details available to our system.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational protection measures, including encryption of data in transit and prevention of unauthorised access, and we comply with the legal regulations governing the storage and processing of transaction data. We never request, store or archive the card number, the expiry date or the CVC2/CVV security code in any form.

Refunds

Everything paid by payment card must, in the case of a refund, be returned to the payment card account.

In the event of a cancellation and a refund to a customer who has previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, East Serbia Tourist Card is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the account of the payment card holder.

A refund therefore cannot be paid out in cash, to a current account or by any other means, and it is made by cancelling or refunding the original transaction.

Value Added Tax (VAT) statement

Prices of products and services are shown to consumers with VAT included. VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

The VAT amount is also shown separately on the order specification and on the fiscal receipt issued for every completed purchase.

Delivery and description of limitations

The cards sold on this website are digital products. There is no physical shipment, so no delivery cost is charged.

Delivery is electronic, to the email address entered during checkout, immediately after the payment has been successfully authorised. One digital card is issued for each person included in the order, each with its own unique QR code. All issued cards, together with the accompanying fiscal receipt, are sent to that email address.

Delivery is not restricted geographically, because it is made by email. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for keeping your cards and their QR codes safe. Each card is valid only for the period and the services shown on it, and access at an individual location additionally depends on that location's opening hours and conditions.

If the confirmation or tickets do not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number. We will check the payment and delivery status and resend the documents as appropriate. Do not pay again solely because an email is missing.

Unilateral termination of contract

Liability for non-conformity and other important information

We are legally liable for the non-conformity of the service with the contract, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia on consumer protection. You may exercise your rights on the basis of non-conformity within two years of the date of purchase, by submitting a complaint through the channels described above.

What we sell is a digital service, so we do not issue a separate commercial guarantee beyond the statutory liability for non-conformity described above.

Obligations that are not regulated by the contract are performed in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will primarily be resolved by agreement, and otherwise before the court with subject-matter jurisdiction.

Your purchase covers the validity period and services shown in the order summary. There is no automatic renewal. Keep your QR ticket available on a device that can display PDF files or print it. A readable QR code is required for validation. Contact us for help with delivery or ticket access. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the East Serbia Tourist Card platform collects when you use our website, request information, or purchase a package, and how that data is used, shared, and protected.

Data Controller

The merchant identified above is responsible for processing the personal data described in this Policy. Use the published contact details for privacy requests.

Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect: contact details you submit through the contact form (full name, email, and your message); and buyer details collected during checkout (full name, email, and, where applicable, phone number, city, and country). Card usage information, such as which included services have been used, is linked to the card and not to a public account.

Withdrawal requests include your name, email, address, order details and optional reason. We also process technical request metadata for security. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded only after you enable it; Google processes verification data under its own privacy policy. You can reopen cookie settings to change your choice. Reloading applies withdrawal of consent to an already loaded verification script.

Why We Process Your Data

We use your data to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form; to process orders, issue digital cards, and send purchase confirmations and fiscal receipts; to provide customer support related to an order or card; and to meet legal, tax, and fiscal obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data to perform the contract formed when you place an order or submit an enquiry, to comply with legal obligations such as fiscal record-keeping, and, where you have given it, on the basis of your consent, such as the privacy acknowledgement given when submitting the contact form.

Sharing Your Data

We share the minimum data necessary with our payment provider to process payment, and with the relevant authority where fiscal reporting is required by law. A partner whose service you purchase can see the usage status of its own service on your card, but does not receive your contact details or the amounts paid for other partners' services.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including any period required to meet our legal, tax, and fiscal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to remember your language and cookie preference. The cart and chat history use local storage; checkout draft details use session storage. Checkout consent must be given again for a new checkout.

When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact and withdrawal forms and communicates with Google. We do not use advertising or analytics tools. Accepting optional cookies does not activate future services; we will request consent before introducing them.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict how your data is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected at every stage of processing. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, the affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children acting without a parent or guardian, and checkout is intended to be completed by an adult on behalf of all travellers included in an order.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date shown at the top of this page.
